2. Access to the Site

The Site is freely accessible to any user who has the necessary technical skills and an Internet connection. Hardware, software and connection costs are borne by the user. Enchanter Consulting SAS uses reasonable means to ensure the Site’s availability but reserves the right to interrupt access for maintenance or any other technical reason.

2 bis. Account creation & authentication

1. Sign‑in options: Users may create an account via:
   a. Google OAuth 2.0 (scopes userinfo.email, userinfo.profile);
   b. Magic link by email (single‑use token).
2. Accuracy of information: Users undertake to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information. Enchanter Consulting SAS reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraud or incorrect data.
3. Purpose: The account enables access to the begonia.pro SaaS tools and use them.

2 ter. Account security and responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Google account, device and session. Any activity conducted through the account is deemed to have been carried out by the user. Users must:

• Sign out after each session;
• Protect access to their device;
• Use a Google account protected by two‑factor authentication.

Enchanter Consulting SAS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access attributable to the user.

2 quater. Account deletion & Google revocation

• From the app: Users may delete their account in their dashboard. Data will be wiped within 30 days (including backups).
• From Google: Users may revoke the app’s access in their Google settings: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
• Effects: Deletion or revocation results in the loss of access to the SaaS tools and the erasure of associated data, subject to legal retention obligations.

3. Intellectual Property

The Website and all of its content (texts, images, graphics, logos, software, etc.) are protected by intellectual‑property laws and remain the exclusive property of Enchanter Consulting SAS or their respective authors.
Any reproduction, representation or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is strictly prohibited. All rights reserved.

4. Cookies and Trackers

The Website does not use any marketing or analytics cookies that require consent. Only two purely functional cookies are set:

The Site is provided “as is”. Enchanter Consulting SAS shall not be held liable for any interruption of the Service caused by:

• malfunctions in third‑party authentication services (Google OAuth);
• the user revoking the Google permissions required for the Service to operate.

Users undertake to make reasonable use of the tools provided.

7. Changes to the Terms of Use

Enchanter Consulting SAS reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Users are encouraged to review them regularly.

8. Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nanterre (France).
